Draw and Save Stickman is a physics-based puzzle game where your objective is to protect a stick figure from various environmental hazards. The core gameplay revolves around drawing lines or shapes on the screen to create physical barriers. These barriers must withstand attacks from enemies, falling objects, or simply prevent the character from rolling into traps.
Each level presents a new scenario, usually giving you a brief countdown before hazards like bees or bombs are unleashed. The challenge lies in the fact that your drawn lines become rigid objects subject to gravity once you finish drawing. This requires you to think structurally, ensuring your creations do not just cover the character but also remain stable under pressure.
Controls
The game is played entirely with your mouse or touchscreen. Click and hold (or tap and drag) to start drawing a continuous line. Once you release the button or lift your finger, the line becomes a physical object and the level's physics engine takes over.
Tips
- Use Anchors: Do not just draw a floating roof over the stickman. Try to hook your lines onto static terrain like walls or platforms so that the shape cannot be easily pushed aside by enemies or gravity.
- Minimize Ink: Most levels grade your performance based on how little ink you used. Try to find the most efficient shape, like a simple wedge or a tight enclosure, rather than scribbling a massive shield.
- Trap the Hazards: In many levels, it is actually easier to draw a box around the threat itself (like a hive or a cannon) rather than trying to build a fortress around your character.
