Total Recoil Game

Total Recoil is a fast-paced arena shooter where your own weapons are as dangerous to your positioning as the enemies are. You drop into open levels and face endless waves of zombies, soldiers, and mutants, but the twist is in the gunplay. Every shot you fire pushes you backward with heavy recoil, meaning you are constantly fighting the kickback of your own arsenal to stay out of danger.

Surviving a round requires you to turn that recoil into an advantage. Instead of just running away, you can use the blast of a shotgun or the steady kick of an assault rifle to propel yourself away from a horde or dodge an incoming attack. Between dodging and shooting, you will pick up new weapon drops, ammo, and health to keep the run going for as long as your reflexes hold out.

Tips

• Use recoil to move: If you are cornered, firing a high-recoil weapon in the opposite direction can launch you to safety much faster than walking.
• Fire in bursts: Holding the trigger on automatic weapons like the minigun will quickly send you drifting into a wall or an enemy group. Tap fire to maintain your ground.
• Save heavy ammo: Don't waste rockets or sniper rounds on weak melee units. Group them up, or save the big guns for tougher elite enemies.
