Five Nights at Freddy's Game

Five Nights at Freddy's puts you in the night shift at a defunct family restaurant where the animatronic mascots wander the building freely. As the lone security guard, you are trapped in a small office from midnight to 6 AM, armed with nothing but a network of grainy security cameras, a set of steel doors, and a rapidly draining power supply.

The tension comes from resource management and paranoia. Checking the cameras, turning on the hallway lights, and shutting the doors all consume electricity. If you run out of power before morning, the lights go out, the doors open, and you are left completely defenseless in the dark against Freddy and his companions.

Controls

The game relies entirely on mouse interactions:

• Mouse Move: Pan your view left and right across the security office.
• Left Click: Interact with buttons, switch camera feeds, and operate the security doors and lights.

Tips

• Don't constantly watch the cameras: Every second the monitor is flipped up drains power. Only check them to keep track of Foxy in Pirate Cove or to locate animatronics that have moved close to your office.
• Use the lights briefly: The door lights are your primary defense against Bonnie and Chica. Flick them on quickly to check if the hallway is clear, then immediately turn them off to conserve electricity.
• Listen for audio cues: Heavy footsteps, metallic clanking, and deep laughter are often more reliable than the cameras for tracking movement.

The simple mechanics create a deeply stressful experience that relies on audio cues and timing rather than complex inputs. It's a game of patience and nerve that punishes panicking.
