Light the Lamp is a physics-based puzzle game where your objective is to connect a dangling electrical plug into a socket. Unlike typical games with this name, this is not a hockey game, but rather a gravity-defying test of momentum, timing, and spatial awareness. You control the movement of the plug and the extension of its cord as you navigate through narrow corridors filled with hazardous traps.

How to Play

• Swing / Move: Use the A and D keys (or the Left and Right Arrow keys) to swing the plug and navigate horizontal gaps.
• Connect: Guide the tip of the plug directly into the socket to complete the circuit and light up the lamp.

Key Strategies and Tips

• Control Your Momentum: Do not move too quickly. Letting the plug swing wildly makes it much harder to dodge narrow traps. Use short, controlled inputs to stabilize the plug.
• Mind the Cord Length: A longer cord gives you a wider swing arc to clear large obstacles, but it also creates more surface area that hazards can touch and cut. Keep the cord as short as possible when navigating tight spaces.
• Use the Environment: You can rest the wire against solid corners or non-hazardous platforms to pivot your swing and reach tricky socket angles.
