In G-Switch 2, you are a mechanical runner trapped in a gauntlet of futuristic death traps, but you have one key advantage: the ability to instantly invert gravity. Instead of jumping over pits and buzzsaws, you flip upside down, dropping to the ceiling to bypass danger before plunging back to the floor. The game demands precise timing, as flipping too late or too early will send you flying off the screen into the void.
The true chaos unfolds in the local multiplayer mode. Up to eight people can crowd around a single keyboard, each needing only one dedicated button to control their runner. As the camera relentlessly tracks the leader, anyone who falls behind is eliminated. What starts as a simple footrace quickly spirals into a frantic battle of nerves, where one missed gravity flip spells doom.
Controls
- Single Player: Left Click, Spacebar, or Up Arrow to switch gravity.
- Multiplayer: Up to 8 players can assign custom keys (default options include C, M, Ctrl, Right Arrow, A, Numpad 3, B, and Left Click).
Tips
- Look ahead: Keep your eyes focused on the right side of the screen so you know whether the upcoming floor or ceiling is safe to land on.
- Conserve momentum: Switching gravity too frequently will slow down your forward speed, making it harder to clear large gaps.
- Stay central in multiplayer: Don't try to speed too far ahead; staying near the middle of the pack gives you more reaction time if the camera abruptly shifts.
Whether you're trying to set a new personal record in the endless mode or sabotaging your friends in multiplayer, G-Switch 2 delivers fast, reflex-driven gameplay.
