About Slope

Slope is a high-speed endless runner that puts your reflexes to the test in a minimalist, neon-lit cityscape. You control a single ball rolling continuously forward on a suspended 3D course, where the only objective is to survive as long as possible without falling into the abyss.

As the run goes on, the track becomes increasingly complex and the ball's speed accelerates. The game strips away complex mechanics, leaving you with a pure test of focus and reaction time against an energetic synthwave soundtrack.

Controls

The game is entirely keyboard-driven.

  • Left Arrow or A: Steer left.
  • Right Arrow or D: Steer right.

Tips

  • Stay near the center of the track whenever possible, as it gives you the maximum time to react to upcoming hazards in either direction.
  • Make small, precise taps on your movement keys. Holding a key down for too long is the easiest way to oversteer and launch yourself off the edge.
  • Focus your eyes on the middle distance rather than directly on the ball to spot red blocks and track changes early.

Slope FAQ

What happens if I touch the red blocks?
Touching any of the red blocks on the track will instantly destroy your ball and end your run.
Does the game ever end?
No, Slope is an endless runner. The track generates procedurally and goes on forever, with your only goal being to achieve the highest score possible before crashing.
Can I jump over obstacles?
There is no jump button in Slope. You must navigate around all obstacles using only the left and right steering controls.
