Hill Climb Racing Lite is Fingersoft's official browser edition of the physics-based hill-climbing game that made the studio's name on mobile. One control does almost everything: hold it to accelerate and lean the vehicle forward, let go to brake and lean it back, and that same push-pull is what keeps you from flipping over on the crest of every hill.
Runs are short and momentum-driven. Coast too cautiously and a steep slope stalls you out; gun it on a jump and you land nose-first and end the run early. Coins picked up along the road buy new vehicles and upgrades, and the World Tour mode strings hills together into finish-line stages with vehicles chosen for that stretch of road, rather than one endless track.
Controls
- D or Right arrow — accelerate (tilts the vehicle forward in the air)
- A or Left arrow — brake (tilts the vehicle backward in the air)
- Touch: tap the right side of the screen to accelerate, the left side to brake
Tips
- Ease off the gas just before a crest — full throttle over the top pitches the front wheel up and can flip you backward.
- Use the same accelerate/brake controls to level the vehicle out while airborne; landing flat protects your fuel and your wheels.
- A run ends when you run out of fuel or crash, so treat fuel like a second life bar, not just a timer.
- If a crash ends your run early, Cartapult launches you straight back into the action from where you went down instead of resetting the whole attempt.
