Icy Purple Head 2 is a clever physics-based puzzle game where your success depends entirely on timing a single action: changing your state. You control a small block trying to reach a cardboard delivery box at the end of each level. The challenge comes from the level geometry, filled with steep ramps, powerful fans, and deadly lasers, requiring you to constantly adapt to survive.

The core mechanic is incredibly simple but brilliant. By default, your character is a sticky purple block that stops dead on any surface. But when you activate your power, you instantly turn into a frictionless block of ice that slides rapidly down inclines and gets launched by springboards. You will have to switch back and forth between these two forms mid-flight to navigate the tricky stages.

Controls

You only need one input to play:

• Click and hold (or tap and hold on mobile) to turn into an ice block.
• Release to turn back into a sticky purple block.

Tips

• Momentum is key: If you are falling towards a slope, turn into ice before you hit the ground so you immediately start sliding and pick up speed.
• Mid-air braking: If you realize you have overshot a jump and are heading towards danger, release your click. You will revert to purple and stick to the very next surface you touch.
• Use the fans: Fans will blow your ice form away, but they have no effect on you when you are purple. Use quick toggles to hover through fan sections without losing control.
