About Motocross Nitro

Motocross Nitro is a 3D motocross stunt game from Miniclip. There's no finish line to chase here — instead you ride a dirt bike across bumpy off-road tracks and rack up points for how well you jump, flip and balance in the air, not just how fast you get through the course.

Each run is a short, physics-based ride: gas it into a ramp, throw a trick before you land, and keep the bike from tipping over on the way down. Landing clean keeps your run going; landing badly (or dumping the rider) ends it, so the real skill is timing tricks against the shape of the terrain instead of just holding down the accelerator.

Controls

  • Arrow keys — steer and lean the bike
  • Spacebar — nitro boost
  • Z, X, C — perform tricks in the air

Tips

  • Lean back on take-off and forward on landing to keep the bike level — most crashes come from hitting the dirt off-balance, not from going too slow.
  • Save nitro for straightaways and jump approaches rather than burning it the moment it's available.
  • Bigger air gives you more time to land a trick cleanly, but only if you've already got the bike under control — don't stack a trick attempt on top of a shaky landing.

It suits a quick arcade session over a deep one — a few short runs to chase a better trick score rather than a long career mode.

Motocross Nitro FAQ

What are the controls for Motocross Nitro?
Use the arrow keys to steer and lean the bike, spacebar for a nitro boost, and Z, X or C to pull off tricks while you're in the air.
Is Motocross Nitro about racing to the finish or scoring points?
It's scored by how well you jump and trick, not by finishing time — clean landings and stylish stunts matter more than raw speed.
What happens if I crash?
Landing badly or dumping the rider ends your current run, so it's worth easing off the throttle rather than forcing a trick you can't land.
Who made Motocross Nitro?
It was developed by Miniclip.
