Papa Louie 2 Game

Papa Louie 2: When Burgers Attack! is a side-scrolling action platformer by Flipline Studios, the second entry in the Papa Louie series that spun off from their much bigger Papa's restaurant games. A portal opens in Papa's Burgeria and a horde of Burgerzillas, led by Radley Madish and Sarge, kidnap Papa Louie and every customer inside. You take control of Marty and fight your way back through them.

Each level is a run-and-fight platforming stretch: jump gaps, slide under attacks, and beat down burger-monster enemies before facing a boss at the end. Every customer you free along the way joins your roster as a playable character, each carrying a different weapon with its own range and speed, so the loop is as much about picking the right fighter for a level as it is about the platforming itself.

• Left / Right arrow — walk
• Up arrow — jump
• Down arrow — slide
• Space — attack

Tips

• You can swap between your rescued customers — if one character's weapon is too slow or too short-ranged for a stretch of enemies, try another before muscling through.
• Slide with the down arrow to duck under high attacks and through low gaps instead of eating damage trying to walk past them.
• Bosses like Radley Madish telegraph their attacks before throwing them — watch for the wind-up rather than rushing straight in.

It suits players who enjoyed the platforming side of the earlier Papa Louie games and want a beat-'em-up with a roster of unlockable fighters rather than the time-management pace of the Papa's cooking series.
