Solitaire Reverse takes the familiar card-clearing formula from DrMop Games and runs it backward: instead of building toward a finished layout, you start near the end state and work your way back to what would normally be the beginning. The board is full of face-down cards and a single open card in the bottom right corner that everything gets compared against.
Each move comes down to one rule: you can play any revealed card that's exactly one rank higher or lower than the current open card, which then becomes the new open card. Flipping hidden cards as you clear space opens up more options, so most of a round is spent reading which sequence lets you keep chaining plays instead of running out of moves.
Controls
It's mouse-only: click a card to select it, then click the open card to play it.
Tips
- Prioritize clearing cards that unlock face-down piles over cards that are safe but isolated — more revealed cards means more options later.
- Look for runs where the open card lets you chain several plays in a row rather than committing to the first legal move you see.
Rounds are short and self-contained, so it's a good fit for a quick card-game break rather than a long session. There are also purchasable visual themes if you want to change up the board's look as you play.
