Swingo Game

Swingo is a physics-based arcade puzzle game that challenges your coordination and timing. You control a bouncy, round character whose sole goal is to reach a piece of delicious fruit at the end of each stage. Unlike typical platformers, your character cannot walk or jump. Instead, you must rely entirely on a grappling hook to pull yourself from point A to point B.

By firing the grappling hook at walls and ceilings, you can swing, fling, and propel your character through the air. You must manage momentum carefully to navigate narrow passageways, avoid dangerous obstacles, and land safely on the goal. Clearing levels awards points that can be spent on unlocking unique, animal-themed character skins.

Controls

• Mouse Click & Drag: Left-click and hold the mouse button to aim the grappling hook, then release to shoot. Click again to release the hook and drop.
• Keyboard: Use the arrow keys to aim the grapple, and press the spacebar to launch your hook.

Tips for Success

• Master the Swing: Timing is everything. Releasing your hook at the bottom of a swing arch will maximize your forward momentum, launching you further across the level.
• Check the Layout First: Take a brief second to scan the stage before firing your hook. Planning a route around hazards like spikes will save you from unnecessary resets.
• Aim for Clean Surfaces: Make sure your hook is targeted at static structures. Slippery or moving obstacles can cause your hook to slide off, leading to unexpected drops.
• Spend Your Points: Earned points can be used at the main menu to unlock and try out new animal avatars, adding fun visual variety to your runs.
