Drop The Number is a captivating puzzle game that blends the falling-block layout of classic arcade games with the math-based merging mechanics of 2048. Controls

The game can be played using either mouse clicks or keyboard controls.

• Mouse / Touch: Tap or click on a column to drop the current numbered tile into that lane.
• Left and Right Arrow Keys: Move the falling tile left or right across the columns.
• Down Arrow Key / Spacebar: Drop the tile instantly into the chosen column.

Tips

• Keep high numbers at the bottom: Plan your grid so that your largest numbers remain at the bottom, building upwards with smaller values. This prevents small blocks from trapping large tiles and locking them out of future merges.
• Utilize side columns for outlier tiles: When you receive a low-value tile that does not match any current adjacent blocks, drop it in the outer lanes to keep the center columns open for active merges.
• Watch the next tile preview: Always check the indicator showing which numbered tile is coming up next. Knowing the next value allows you to set up cascades where one merge immediately triggers another.
