Fireboy & Watergirl 4 Crystal Temple Game

Fireboy & Watergirl 4 Crystal Temple is a cooperative puzzle-platformer developed by Oslo Albet. In this fourth entry of the popular series, players must guide both elemental characters through a complex maze of puzzles. The unique twist in this temple is the introduction of crystal portals. These colored teleporters connect different areas of the level, allowing characters, boxes, and light beams to cross the map instantly.

Success requires careful cooperation and coordination, whether playing solo or with a partner on the same keyboard. Players must manage the distinct abilities and vulnerabilities of each character to activate switches, slide blocks, and reach the exit doors safely.

Controls

• Fireboy (Arrow Keys): Press the Up, Left, and Right Arrow keys to move and jump. Fireboy can walk safely through red lava pools, but will be destroyed if he touches blue water pools or green toxic mud.
• Watergirl (W, A, D Keys): Press A to move left, D to move right, and W to jump. Watergirl can walk safely through blue water pools, but will be destroyed if she touches red lava pools or green toxic mud.

Tips to Solve the Crystal Temple

• Master Portal Momentum: Entering a portal from a height will launch you out of the connected portal with the same speed. Use this gravity-assisted momentum to reach high platforms and grab distant gems.
• Observe Portal Colors: Portals are color-coded (e.g., white links to white, black to black). Pay close attention to where each portal leads before entering.
• Teleport Objects: You can push grey stone blocks or direct light beams through the portals to activate pressure plates and open gates in parts of the level.
