Stickman Run is a one-button platformer from Shima, a simple idea executed with tight timing: a stick figure sprints forward on its own through a non-stop obstacle course, and your only job is deciding exactly when to jump. Gaps open up mid-stride, walls rise up needing a climb, and traps sit disguised as ordinary ground — miss a beat and the run ends there.
There's no menu of moves to learn. The whole game lives in the timing of a single input, which makes it easy to pick up and surprisingly hard to master once the course starts throwing back-to-back obstacles at full speed. Coins collected along the way unlock new looks for your stickman, giving you a reason to push past your last distance.
Controls
- Spacebar, Up Arrow, or mouse click — jump
Tips
- Jump a beat early rather than late — the stickman's forward momentum carries it over gaps you'd otherwise clip the edge of.
- Walls need a full commit to a jump, not a tap — a half-hearted press won't clear them.
- Watch the ground right before an obstacle cluster; traps are often chained tight enough that one jump has to clear two threats at once.
It's a good fit for short bursts — a few runs at a time rather than one long session — since the one-button rule keeps every attempt quick to start and quick to end.
