1010 Color Match Game

1010 Color Match blends the classic block-grid puzzle with color matching: instead of clearing full rows and columns, you drag oddly-shaped pieces onto a 10x10 grid and clear blocks by connecting three or more squares of the same color. Every piece you place either opens up a match or eats into your open space, so each move is a small trade-off between clearing now and keeping room to breathe later.

There's no timer and no lives — the game just keeps handing you pieces from the tray until the grid fills up and nothing you're holding fits anymore. Runs are short and replayable, built around beating your last score rather than working through levels.

Controls

Click and drag a piece from the tray beside the board onto the grid. Release to drop it wherever the shape fits.

Tips

• Grouping several squares in one color is worth more than spreading colors evenly — only a connected group of three or more actually clears.
• Clearing a group opens room for the next few pieces, so try to leave a group one piece away from clearing instead of placing something that scatters colors across it.
• Keep the board as open as possible early on — a run ends once nothing you're holding can fit, so don't wedge awkward shapes into corners just to get rid of them.

It suits a quick puzzle break more than a long session — pick it up, play until the board fills, and try again.
