Blumgi Castle Game

Blumgi Castle is a physics-based artillery game: pick a weapon, line up an arc, and blast every monster off its platform. Each level drops a handful of creatures onto a stack of crumbling castle blocks over a pool of water, and clearing it means either knocking every enemy into the drink or bringing the ground out from under them with a well-placed explosion.

The fun is in the aiming. Regular bombs are straightforward, but the game hands you a growing toybox of grenades, TNT and trick projectiles that bounce, stick or detonate on a delay, so later levels are really little demolition puzzles about which weapon and which angle solves the platform in one shot. There's also a local two-player mode where each side lines up their own shot and takes turns trying to be the one who lands the finishing blow.

Controls

• Single player: A/D or Left/Right arrow keys to aim, hold Spacebar and release to fire.
• Two players (same keyboard): Player 2 uses E/R or Left/Right arrows to aim, and holds A or Spacebar to fire.

Tips

• Watch the arc preview before you commit — a shot that looks close on a flat platform often overshoots on the tilted or stacked ones.
• Blowing out a block underneath an enemy is often more reliable than a direct hit, especially when a monster is tucked against a wall.
• Save your stronger explosives for levels with multiple enemies clustered together — a single well-placed shot can take out more than one.

It's a good pick-up-and-play game for short sessions, and the two-player mode makes it worth sharing a keyboard with a friend for a quick head-to-head.
