Blumgi Merge Game

Blumgi Merge is a merge-and-fight game from developer Blumgi, the studio behind the Blumgi Castle and Blumgi Rocket games. You buy slimes and drag them onto a board, and dropping one slime onto a matching one merges them into a stronger slime with a new look and a new weapon.

The merged slimes then fight off waves of monsters pushing in from a dungeon. Beating enemies earns currency you spend on more slimes, which you merge again to push toward higher tiers — the loop is buy, merge, fight, repeat, with the board only holding so many slimes at once.

Controls

Click and drag a slime onto another one to merge them, and use the mouse to buy new slimes and manage the board. On phones and tablets, tap and drag with your finger.

Tips

• Don't spend everything on new low-tier slimes right away — leaving room to merge upward matters more than having a full board.
• Line up a merge before you need the space; a full board with no matches left is the main way runs stall out.

It's an easy game to dip into for a few minutes or ride out a long session, and it runs straight in the browser with nothing to install.
