Box Tower is a one-button stacking game: a block swings back and forth above your growing tower, and a single tap drops it onto the piece below. Line it up cleanly and the tower keeps its full width; miss the edge and the overhang gets sliced off, leaving you a narrower target for the next drop.
There's no timer pushing you along, so the pressure comes entirely from precision. Each round is short and readable — watch the block slide, judge the moment, drop — which makes it easy to fire off "one more go" after a bad miss trims the tower down to nothing.
Controls
Click or tap anywhere to drop the moving block. That's the entire input — no keyboard needed.
Tips
- Time the drop on the return swing rather than the first pass — it's easier to judge the block lining up under the center of the stack.
- A clean, centered drop keeps the tower at full width and often triggers a "Perfect" bonus; a series of perfects is how tall runs happen.
- Every miss trims the block on the overhanging side, so a couple of sloppy drops in a row can leave almost nothing to land on — slow down once the tower gets narrow.
It suits short breaks more than long sessions: quick to pick up, quick to restart, and best played in a handful of runs rather than one long sitting.
