Cityidle is a detailed incremental city-building simulation where you guide a civilization from the Stone Age to the modern era. Unlike traditional city builders, the simulation is literal: your citizens are fully simulated. Every task, from carrying wood to constructing a new building, requires a citizen to physically walk to the location, making transport networks and city layouts the core of your strategy.

To succeed, you must research new technologies to progress through historical ages like the Bronze and Iron Ages. Starting with simple campfires and huts, you will eventually build complex manufacturing hubs. As your settlement grows, balancing housing, resource hubs, and research speed becomes essential to survive the increasingly challenging resource demands.
