Dadish 2 is a pixel-art platformer about a radish father tracking down his missing kids after they vanish while he's out running errands. Each level is a short, tightly built hop-and-dodge course — spikes, saw blades, and roaming fast-food-shaped enemies stand between you and the exit, and getting through usually takes a few tries as you learn the layout.
The game moves through a string of very different settings — a cramped office, a swamp, a snowy stretch, even outer space — and each one leans on a slightly different trick: low gravity in the space levels, vines to climb through in the swamp. Along the way there are stars tucked into corners and side paths for players who want to fully clear a level instead of just reaching the door.
Controls
- WASD or Arrow Keys — move and climb
- Spacebar — jump
A controller works too if you plug one in before starting.
Tips
- Most deaths come from rushing a jump over spikes — pause a beat at ledges instead of running straight off them.
- Stars are usually placed slightly off the direct path to the exit, so a quick look around a room before moving on is worth it.
- Vine sections in the swamp levels let you change direction mid-climb — use that to dodge patrolling enemies rather than trying to outrun them.
Good pick for short, replayable sessions — a level or two at a time rather than one long sitting.
