Drills Merge Master Game

Drills Merge Master is an idle mining game built around one grid: drop matching drills next to each and they merge into something stronger. You start with a basic pickaxe and a weak drill, so the early game is mostly digging out ore by hand while your machines slowly earn their upgrades.

Ore you mine gets sold to fund the next merge, and better drills clear ore faster, which unlocks new mining zones with richer resources. The whole loop is designed to be checked in on rather than stared at — merge, mine, sell, upgrade, unlock, repeat — building toward a late-game pickaxe strong enough to take down the dragon guarding the deepest zone.

Controls

• Mouse click or tap to select and merge drills
• WASD or the arrow keys to move

Tips

• Don't sell every unit of ore the moment you mine it — hold back enough to afford the next merge tier
• Prioritize merging over hand-mining once you have a few drills; automated drills earn ore while you're doing things
• Unlocking a new zone is only worth it once your current drills are actually keeping up with the ore in front of them

It's a good fit for slow, steady sessions — check in, merge what's matched, close it, come back later to a fuller stockpile.
