Fat Slice is a physics puzzle that tests your timing and spatial awareness. You are presented with a geometric shape filled with bouncing balls, and your objective is to shave off enough of the area to reach a specific target percentage. The challenge comes from the balls inside—if they touch your slice line while you are drawing it, you lose a life.
The pace shifts between careful observation and sudden, rapid movements. You will often spend several seconds watching the trajectories of the balls, waiting for the perfect moment when they cluster together. Once the path is clear, you must make a quick, precise cut to remove a large chunk of the shape without trapping any balls in the discarded piece.
Controls
- Left-click and drag to draw a slice line across the shape.
- Release the mouse button to execute the cut.
Tips
- Trap the balls: Instead of trying to make massive cuts right away, use small slices to corral the bouncing balls into a tight corner. This makes it much easier to chop off the remaining empty space.
- Start outside the shape: You can begin drawing your slice line from the empty space outside the geometry. This allows you to set up your angle before entering the danger zone.
- Watch the patterns: The balls move in predictable ways. Take a moment to observe their paths so you can anticipate when an opening will appear.
If you enjoy quick-burst puzzle games that require both strategic planning and fast reflexes, Fat Slice offers a satisfying and escalating challenge.
