Four in a Row Game

Four in a Row is a digital adaptation of the classic grid-based connection game, developed by Codethislab. In this tactical board game, your objective is simple yet challenging: be the first player to form a straight line of four consecutive discs of your color. The line can be arranged horizontally, vertically, or diagonally across the vertical grid.

Players take turns dropping their colored tokens from the top of the seven-column, six-row grid. Because gravity pulls each disc to the lowest available space in a column, you must plan ahead to block your opponent's moves while setting up your own winning lines. It is a game of foresight and quick adjustments, offering a quick mental workout that is easy to learn but hard to master.

Controls

• Left Mouse Click or Tap - Select a column on the board to drop your disc.

Tips

• Control the Center: The middle column is the most valuable on the board because it allows you to form the maximum number of horizontal and diagonal connections. Try to claim it early.
• Block Immediately: Watch your opponent's discs closely. If they get three in a line without any block, block them immediately to prevent an easy win.
• Create Double Threats: The best way to win is to set up a double trap (two potential winning moves at the same time), making it impossible for your opponent to block both on their turn.
