Lost Yeti Game

Lost Yeti is a sliding-block puzzle game from Neutronized, the Italian studio behind games like Slime Laboratory. A little yeti has wandered off from home, and each level is a small frozen maze of ice blocks you have to slide out of the way to open a path to the exit.

Nothing moves until you push it, and blocks only stop when they hit a wall, another block, or an obstacle, so most levels come down to figuring out the order to clear them in rather than reacting fast. Along the way there are snacks to pick up and, deeper into the game, enemies and hazards that turn a simple slide into a puzzle with a few more moving parts. The game spans three worlds and around 60 levels, starting simple in the early snowy stages and layering in new obstacle types as you go.

Controls

Click and drag a block to slide it (desktop), or swipe it in the direction you want it to move (mobile/touch).

Tips

• Work out which block needs to move last, then plan backward from there.
• Clear a path for the yeti before worrying about collecting every snack.
• A block only stops when it hits something, so check what's in its path before sliding it.

It's a good fit for short puzzle sessions — each level is quick to attempt, but the later ones take a few tries to see the solution.
