Shape Fold Animals Game

Shape Fold Animals is a physics-based jigsaw puzzle from the Lithuanian studio Bikas. Instead of loose pieces you drag into place one by one, every piece here is connected to the others — pull one and the whole chain swings and folds with it, so getting the shape right is as much about untangling the connections as it is about matching edges.

Each puzzle folds out into the picture of an animal, and Bikas leans into that with a mix of cute, majestic, and outright meme-famous creatures among the reveals. There's no timer pushing you, so a puzzle can be a two-minute fidget or a longer sit depending on how stubborn the folds get.

Controls

Drag with your mouse cursor on desktop, or drag with your finger on phone and tablet. That's the whole control scheme — no keyboard shortcuts, no extra buttons.

Tips

• Work from the edges of the connected chain inward rather than yanking the middle piece — moving an end piece disturbs less of the rest of the shape.
• If two pieces look close but won't lock, try pulling a piece further down the chain to release tension before repositioning.
