About Solitaire

This is classic Klondike Solitaire, the single-player card game most people already know from decades of default desktop games: deal from a 52-card deck into seven tableau columns, uncover cards by clearing them off in descending, alternating-color runs, and move fully-sorted suits up to the four foundation piles to win. No timer pressure, no opponent — just working through the deal in front of you one legal move at a time.

This build gives you a choice of Draw 1 or Draw 3 from the stock pile before you start, which changes how forgiving the game is — Draw 1 surfaces every card individually and is far easier to clear, while Draw 3 is the tighter, more traditional challenge. Undo, Hint and Auto-Complete are all built in, so a bad move or a dead-looking board doesn't have to end the game.

Controls

Click and drag cards with the mouse (or tap and drag on a touchscreen) to move them between columns or up to the foundations. Click the stock pile to draw your next card or cards.

Tips

  • Uncover the tableau's face-down cards before rushing cards up to the foundations — a foundation card you can't get back can block a later move.
  • Empty columns are valuable: prioritize clearing one out so you have somewhere to park a king.
  • If you're stuck, try Hint before assuming the deal is unwinnable, and use Undo freely to test a line without committing to it.

Good for a quick five-minute round or a longer session working through several deals in a row — the kind of game you can pick up and put down without losing your place.
