Tingly Solitaire Game

Tingly Solitaire is a classic card-solitaire game dressed up with smooth, animated dealing and flipping instead of flat static cards. The rules are the familiar ones: build the four foundation piles up from ace to king in suit, and clear the tableau by stacking cards in descending order with alternating colors. It plays at your own pace, with no timer pressure forcing a decision before you've thought it through.

A round starts with the tableau dealt out and a stock pile waiting to be worked through. Every card you free from the tableau either slots straight onto a foundation or gives you a new spot to build on, and an autoplay feature will finish off the easy end-game moves once the board is untangled enough for the computer to see them.

Controls

Click and drag a card (or tap and drag on a touchscreen) to move it onto another card or an open foundation pile. Click the stock pile to deal the next card.

Tips

• Uncover face-down tableau cards before you start feeding cards to the foundations — buried cards are harder to reach the longer you wait.
• Keep at least one column open when you can; an empty column is the only place you can freely park a king.
• Use the undo option if a move locks a card away instead of playing on and hoping it sorts itself out.

It's a good pick-up-and-put-down game: a single round takes a few quiet minutes and doesn't ask for much beyond a mouse or a fingertip.
