Veggie Merge Game

Veggie Merge is a slow-paced farming puzzle: you start with a plot of simple tomatoes and work your way up a chain of bigger, better crops by combining matching vegetables. There's no timer pushing you along and no way to lose, just a board that slowly fills up while you decide what to merge next and what to hold onto for later.

The half of the loop is running the stall. Customers show up asking for specific vegetables, and handing over the right crop earns money you can spend on new farmland. Because bigger crops only exist by merging smaller ones first, you're constantly weighing whether to cash in a vegetable for an order or keep merging it toward something more valuable.

Controls

Everything is mouse or touch. Click or tap to place a vegetable on the board, then click and hold two matching ones together to merge them into the next size up. It works the same way on desktop, phone, and tablet, with no keyboard involved.

Tips

• Don't merge everything on sight — check what customers are asking for first, since selling a vegetable at the wrong tier wastes the merges it took to get there.
• Keep a few open spaces on the board. A full farm with nothing left to merge is the main way a run stalls out.
• Unlocking new farmland gives you more room to stockpile low-tier crops for merging later, so it's usually worth prioritizing over holding onto cash.
