Tips

• Prioritize base speed upgrades first in the garage. While handling helps on tight turns, having a higher top speed makes it much easier to beat opponent times and secure gold medals.
• Look ahead on the track to align your ship with the green boost pads. Stringing multiple boosts together is the key to maintaining maximum velocity.
• Practice drifting and taking corners from the outside in. Releasing the accelerator for a split second on sharp curves can keep you from colliding with the outer walls and losing momentum.
