Cats Love Cake is a charming and addictive physics-based platformer game where you help a bouncy cat (and cute animals) reach their ultimate goal: a delicious slice of cake. The gameplay stands out because of its unique movement mechanic: your character bounces continuously on their own. Your job is to guide their left and right movements, navigating them through increasingly tricky levels filled with obstacles and traps.

Every level is a short, fast-paced puzzle that tests your timing and reflexes. The environment is filled with various hazards, mostly colored purple, such as spikes, moving blocks, and deep pits. Controls

Cats Love Cake features simple, responsive controls suitable for all players:

• Move Left / Right: Use the Left and Right Arrow keys (on desktop) or tap on the left or right sides of the screen (on mobile) to steer your bouncing character.

Tips

• Find Your Rhythm: Because the character bounces automatically at a fixed rate, movement is all about timing. Watch how your bounces line up with moving obstacles before making your move.
• Avoid Purple Hazards: Anything colored purple is dangerous. Keep a safe distance from purple spikes, blocks, and pools, as even a slight touch will force a level reset.
• Watch for Dotted Hints: If you get stuck on a difficult level and fail a few times, a yellow dotted line will appear. This helper line shows you the exact path and timing needed to clear the level successfully.
• Unlock the Zoo: As you progress and feed your cats, you will unlock a variety of round, bouncy animals, including dogs, giraffes, raccoons, and penguins.
