Gold Miner is a claw game: a hook swings back and forth like a pendulum above an underground shaft, and one click sends it down in a straight line. Whatever it hits on the way down gets grabbed and hauled back up, and each level ends the moment you either hit a cash target or run out of time.
The fun is in reading the field before you click. Nothing moves the claw once it's dropped, so every swing is a bet on timing, not a rescue you can correct mid-drop.
Controls
Click or tap to drop the claw. That's the whole input — there's no aiming beyond choosing the moment you release, since the claw is already swinging on its own.
Tips
- Diamonds are the best value in the field: light, quick to reel in, and worth more than most gold.
- Big gold nuggets pay well but take a long time to pull up — only go for one if the clock has room to spare.
- Save dynamite for a rock that's sitting on top of something valuable, not for clearing clutter you could just swing past.
- Spend between levels: even a small upgrade to rope strength or pull speed keeps paying off on every level after it.
It suits short sessions — each level is a couple of minutes of quick decisions, with nothing to relearn if you step away and come back.
