Iron Snout drops you into the center of the screen as a martial-arts pig, surrounded by an endless onslaught of wolves coming from all sides. The premise is as simple as it is satisfying: survive for as long as you can by rapidly kicking, punching, and slamming the enemies before they drain your health bar. Wolves will charge you with weapons, fly in on rockets, and swing on wrecking balls, forcing you to constantly switch targets and prioritize immediate threats.
Because your character cannot move from the center spot, combat revolves entirely around directional strikes. This turns the game into an intense rhythm of reading enemy tells and executing quick combo chains, testing your reflexes rather than making you memorize long button sequences.
Controls
You can play entirely with four keys, attacking in the direction you press:
- Left / Right Arrow: Strike enemies approaching from the sides.
- Up Arrow: Jump kick to hit flying wolves or avoid ground attacks.
- Down Arrow: Crouch to dodge thrown weapons or strike grounded enemies.
Tips
- Steal their weapons: When a wolf throws an axe or knife at you, an upward strike will let you catch it. You can then immediately throw it back to clear out a tough enemy safely.
- Use enemy bodies: Kicking a defeated wolf will send their body flying across the screen, acting as a heavy projectile that can knock out enemies in a line.
