Stickman Hook is a momentum-based physics game where you swing from grapple points to fling yourself across the finish line. Each level is a frantic obstacle course of bouncy pads, sheer drops, and awkwardly placed anchors that require precise timing to clear.
The core rhythm is all about conserving your speed. You need to know when to hold on tight to swing in a full arc and when to release early to launch yourself horizontally. As you progress, the layouts become sprawling gauntlets where one wrong swing will drop you into the void.
Controls
- Left Click / Space / Tap and Hold: Attach your grapple hook to the nearest anchor point.
- Release: Detach and fly forward using your momentum.
Tips
- Don't grapple everything: You can often skip anchor points by launching high in the air or bouncing off the large trampolines.
- Release early for distance: Letting go of the hook at the very bottom of your swing will give you the most horizontal speed.
- Trust the bounce: Bouncy platforms are your best friend. Hitting them will always push you in the correct general direction, allowing you to recover from a bad swing.
