Blocky Out Game

Blocky Out is a sliding-block puzzle where a grid gets more crowded than it first looks. Every block is tied to a color, and the only way to clear one is to slide it in a straight line until it reaches the matching-colored door at the edge of the board. Blocks in the way have to move first, so solving a level is more about reading the whole grid than reacting fast.

Sessions are short and untimed — one puzzle at a time — but the grid gets trickier as new mechanisms and extra colors get mixed in, and each puzzle carries an optional power-up if you get stuck on a layout.

Controls

Click and hold a block, drag it toward its matching door, then release to let it slide. On phone or tablet, drag with a finger instead.

Tips

• Trace which blocks are actually blocking a color match before moving anything — a lot of wasted moves come from shifting a piece that wasn't in the way.
• Clear blocks near the edges of the grid first; they usually have the most room to slide and open space up for the pieces stuck in the middle.

It's a good fit for a quick logic break — the kind of puzzle you can pick up for a few minutes without needing to remember where you left off.
