BoxRob puts you behind the controls of a small, flexible forklift whose only job is to clear a warehouse floor of crates. Each level scatters boxes around a cramped, obstacle-filled space, and your task is to scoop them up one at a time and drop them into the matching slots on a waiting truck before you can move on. The early stages are just about learning to steer and grab, but the game quickly starts mixing in ramps, ledges and awkward angles that force you to plan the order you collect boxes in rather than just driving straight at them.
What keeps BoxRob interesting is how much the humble forklift can do. Tilting, jumping and balancing loads becomes part of the puzzle, and later levels ask you to chain several precise moves together to reach a box that isn't sitting in an obvious spot. It's a short, replayable session rather than a long campaign — good for a quick puzzle break rather than a marathon.
Controls
- A / D: drive the forklift left and right
- W: jump
- Mouse click or tap: pick up and drop boxes with the forklift arm
Tips
- Plan the order you grab boxes in — collecting one out of sequence can block your path to the next.
- Use jumps to reposition the forklift onto ledges rather than trying to shove your way past an obstacle.
- If a level looks impossible from your current angle, back up and approach the box from a different side.
BoxRob suits players who like short, physics-based puzzles they can pick up for a few minutes at a time, and it's part of a small series that continues with BoxRob 2 and BoxRob 3 for anyone who wants more levels once they've cleared this one.
