Color Pencil Run is a one-thumb runner about a single pencil sprinting down a color-coded track. Every few seconds a gate splits the lane by color, and rolling through the matching shade grows your pencil a little longer while the wrong shade — or a stray trap — slices a chunk off it instead.
The tension comes at the end of each run, when a row of blocks tests your pencil's length by cutting it down piece by piece. The longer and more mistake-free your run, the more of that length survives, and the coins you bank along the way buy upgrades that make the next attempt a little more forgiving.
Controls
- A / D or Left Arrow / Right Arrow — switch lanes
- Swipe left or right — switch lanes on touchscreens
Tips
- Watch the upcoming gate color, not your pencil — by the time you see the gate up close it's often too late to swap lanes.
- A shorter pencil that never hits the wrong color usually survives the end-of-run block gauntlet better than a long one built on lucky guesses.
- Spend coins on upgrades before a run, not mid-run — there's no shop pause once you're moving.
It's a quick, low-commitment game suited to short breaks — a few runs at a time rather than one long session.
