About Kiomet Com

Kiomet is a real-time strategy game about building an empire one tower at a time. You start with a single small holding and a king to protect, then expand outward by capturing the towers around you and turning them into a connected territory.

A session is slower and more tactical than most browser RTS games: instead of massing units and rushing, you drag forces from towers you hold onto towers you want, upgrade what you capture, and stitch it all together with supply lines so reinforcements can actually reach the front. players are doing the same thing at the same time, which means a chunk of the game is deciding who to fight and who to leave alone — Kiomet has a built-in chat for striking alliances instead of fighting on every border at once.

Controls

  • WASD or the arrow keys pan the camera around the map
  • Left-click and drag from a tower you control onto another tower to send units — use it to reinforce your own towers or attack an enemy's
  • R toggles supply lines between towers; Shift+R removes them

Tips

  • Your king tower is the one loss you can't recover from — keep it behind your front line, not on it.
  • Supply lines matter more than raw territory: a wide empire with no connections between its towers can't reinforce itself when it's attacked.
  • Upgrade towers you've already secured before pushing further out — a captured tower with no upgrades is easy to take back.
  • Use the chat to negotiate rather than opening a second front; Kiomet is built around alliances as much as combat.

It's a good fit for players who like slower-burn strategy games with a real opponent on the side, rather than fast-twitch .io action.

Kiomet Com FAQ

What happens if I lose my king?
Losing your king tower ends your run, so it's worth keeping it protected behind your front line rather than exposed near the border.
Can I team up with other players?
Yes. Kiomet has a built-in chat, and forming alliances with nearby players is a core part of surviving instead of fighting everyone at once.
What do supply lines actually do?
They connect your towers so reinforcements can flow between them. Press R to draw a supply line and Shift+R to remove one.
Is Kiomet single-player or multiplayer?
It's real-time multiplayer — every other empire on the map is another player, not an AI.
