Merge to Million Game

Merge to Million is a number-merging puzzle built around a single grid and a single goal: combine matching tiles until one of them reads 1,000,000. You start with small numbers like 2s scattered across the board, and every merge doubles the value and clears a space, so the board is always a balance between making room and setting up your next big combo.

There's no timer pushing you along — the tension comes from space, not speed. Drop a tile in the wrong spot and you can box yourself in with values that no longer match anything nearby, so a session rewards planning a few merges ahead almost as much as it rewards the merge itself. Power-ups occasionally appear to bail you out of a cramped board or accelerate a stalled climb toward the million mark.

Controls

Drag a tile and drop it onto a matching tile to merge them, or click a tile to select it and then click an empty grid space to place it — both control schemes work with mouse or touch, so the game plays the same on desktop, phone, and tablet.

Tips

• Keep your highest-value tiles in a corner instead of the center — it's easier to protect one side of the board than to defend a tile with merge targets on every edge.
• Don't merge just because you can. A merge that leaves you with no nearby match is often worse than waiting one more move for a cleaner setup.
• Save power-ups for when the board is nearly full, not when it's already open — that's when they save the most space.

If you've played 2048, the doubling logic will feel familiar, but the drag-and-place format gives you more control over exactly where each merge happens.
