Mining Rush is a clicker game built around a single satisfying loop: hit the rock, watch the ore pile up, spend it on better tools, hit the rock faster. There's no story or level to beat — just a steady climb from a slow starting pickaxe to serious mining gear, with a small city-building layer where the minerals you dig up double as construction materials.
The pace is set entirely by you. Early on every click matters, since your basic pickaxe barely dents the rock. As you buy upgrades, clicks chip away faster and the numbers start climbing on their own, so a few minutes of active clicking gives way to longer stretches of checking in, buying the next tool, and clicking again. Over 60 tools are unlockable, which is what keeps the upgrade path going well past the first few minerals.
Controls
Left mouse button (or tap on touchscreens) to click the rock. That's the entire control scheme — no keyboard needed.
Tips
- Reinvest early earnings into tools rather than sitting on your mineral count — the return on a cheap upgrade is highest at the start.
- Check back periodically rather than clicking nonstop; once your tools are strong, letting value build up between visits is more efficient than constant clicking.
- Keep an eye on the building/city options as they unlock — they use the same minerals you're already mining, so there's no separate resource to grind for.
Best suited to short, repeated sessions rather than one long sitting — the kind of game you check in on between things.
