Ocean is an underwater match puzzle from ANV Games: instead of swapping two tiles at a time, you click and hold on one sea creature and drag across a chain of matching neighbors before letting go. The longer the chain, the bigger the payoff, and each level hands you a short list of goals — clear a set number of a certain creature, break through blocked tiles, or reach a target score — before you run out of moves.
The pace stays calm and grid-focused rather than timed: you're free to study the board, plan a route through the biggest cluster of same-colored creatures, and cash in combos to trigger upgrades and unlock new sea creatures as you clear levels. It suits short sessions as easily as a longer puzzle-solving stretch.
Controls
Click and hold on a creature, then drag your mouse over adjacent matching creatures to link them into a chain; release to clear the chain. On phone or tablet, tap and drag your finger across the matches instead.
Tips
- Look for the largest connected group of one color before committing to a chain — longer chains clear more of the board per move.
- Check the level's goal list first so you're not wasting moves on creatures that don't count toward it.
- Save an obvious big chain for when you're close to running out of moves rather than clearing it early.
It's a good fit for anyone who likes match-3 puzzles but wants a chain-and-combo twist instead of the usual swap-two-tiles formula.
