About Prison Punch

Prison Punch is a pixel-art training sim about turning a prison inmate into the toughest fighter in the yard. You split your time between gym equipment — a treadmill for stamina, a barbell for strength, a punching bag for technique — and the ring, where you take on inmates in one-on-one boxing matches.

Coins earned from winning fights fund training upgrades and new skins, and the canteen and shower keep your fighter in shape between sessions while guards patrol the yard in the background. It's a loop of train, fight, spend, and repeat as you work your way up through tougher opponents.

Controls

  • WASD or Arrow keys — move
  • E (or the on-screen prompt) — interact with gym equipment, the canteen, and zones

Tips

  • Train on all three stats — strength, agility, and stamina — spread across the gym equipment rather than maxing just one.
  • Use the canteen and shower between training sessions to recover before your next fight.
  • If a fight is going badly, bank coins for upgrades and come back once your stats are higher.

It's built for quick training-then-fight sessions rather than a long story campaign — good for chipping away at your fighter's stats a bit at a time.
