Roly Poly Game

Roly Poly is a classic physics-based puzzle platformer originally created by Nitrome in 2006. In this game, players must guide Poly, a round and spikey hedgehog, through a series of complex mazes filled with dangerous traps. Instead of controlling the hedgehog directly, you tilt the entire environment to roll the character toward the exit using gravity.

Each level requires careful planning, momentum control, and timing to avoid hazards like spike pits, explosives, and electrical barriers. With 29 stages to conquer, you will need to utilize levers, navigate pipes, and manage free-fall drops to guide Poly safely to the goal before the timer runs out.

Controls

• Mouse Click & Drag / Touch & Drag: Click (or tap) and drag across the screen to rotate the maze.

Tips

• Control Your Momentum: Tilt the maze gently to prevent Poly from picking up too much speed and crashing into spikes or lasers.
• Utilize Free-fall: In sections with vertical drops, level the screen out to let Poly fall straight down safely rather than rolling along dangerous sloped walls.
• Observe Before Rolling: Study the level layout and locate hazards like levers, gates, and pipes before making your first move to avoid getting trapped as the timer counts down.
