Toss the Turtle is a distance-launch game: load a turtle into a cannon, charge up a shot, and see how far you can send it before it stops rolling. There's no track or level to finish — the whole game is the launch, the mid-air scramble to keep the turtle moving, and the slow climb toward better gear.
Cash from each attempt goes into cannon and turtle upgrades, plus mid-flight items like jetpacks and explosives that add extra momentum after the initial shot. Runs are short, so the loop is mostly launch, spend, launch again, chasing a longer distance than your last try.
Controls
- Click and hold on the cannon to build power, then release to fire
- W, A, S, D to steer and boost the turtle while it's airborne
- Click during flight to trigger an equipped mid-air weapon or power-up
Tips
- Don't max out cannon power every shot — a slightly lower angle with WASD steering afterward often carries the turtle further than a straight, uncontrolled launch
- Spend early cash on cheap mid-flight items before chasing the most expensive cannon upgrade; extra bounces and boosts add up faster than raw launch power
- Keep tapping W and D while airborne — holding forward momentum during bounces is what stretches out a run
It's a quick pick-up-and-play game that suits short sessions where you just want to beat your own best distance a few times in a row.
