Tower Swap Game

Tower Swap is a unique blend of strategic match-3 puzzles and classic tower defense. Instead of just matching gems for points, every match you make on the grid constructs defensive structures to protect your castle. You must carefully swap tiles to merge resources and prepare your defenses before the waves of dragons attack from the edges of the board.

Unlike traditional match-3 games, Tower Swap gives you the freedom to swap any two tiles on the grid, even if they do not immediately form a match. However, you only have a limited number of moves to set up your board before the next wave arrives. The tension builds as you decide whether to create more low-level turrets for broad coverage or merge them into massive, high-powered defensive towers.

Controls

• Mouse / Touch: Click and drag any tile to swap its position with an adjacent tile. To discard a tile and clear space on your board, drag the tile off the grid and into the surrounding water.
• Keyboard: Use the arrow keys to navigate the grid and select tiles, and press the Spacebar to quickly execute swaps.

Tips

• Discard Unwanted Tiles: Board space is a precious resource. Do not hesitate to drag useless tiles off the screen and into the water to keep your board clean for better potential matches.
• Focus on Gold Chests: Match gold tiles early in the game to build chests. Opening these chests yields critical extra moves and powerful utility items like TNT and anvils to help you survive tough waves.
• Manage Defense Coverage: Merging three matching defenses (like cannons or stone walls) creates a much stronger unit, but reduces your total number of active defenders. Ensure you do not leave a lane completely exposed.
