About Blumgi Ball

Blumgi Ball turns basketball into a slingshot puzzle. Pull back on the ball with your mouse, aim at the hoop, and let go — the ball arcs across a small physics-based course, bouncing past ramps and moving obstacles on its way in. The twist is what happens after the shot leaves your hand: tap Spacebar and your character teleports to wherever the ball currently is, so you can redirect it, sling it again, and chain it through a second hoop before it ever touches the ground.

Each level plays more like a short puzzle about angles and timing than a race against a clock. You'll spend a few tries reading a course's layout, figuring out where the first shot needs to land so the teleport-and-reshoot actually lines up with the next hoop, then stringing the whole thing together in one clean run.

Controls

  • Click, drag back, and release: aim and shoot the ball
  • Spacebar: teleport to the ball's current position mid-flight
  • Touch (mobile): tap and drag to aim, release to shoot, tap to teleport

Tips

  • Pull further back for a longer, higher shot — drag distance sets the power, not just the direction
  • Teleport while the ball still has speed; you keep more of its momentum for the second shot
  • Chaining a teleport through a second hoop on the same attempt is how most levels are meant to be cleared, not a bonus trick

It suits anyone who likes short, puzzle-y skill games — the kind you clear a level or two of on a break and come back to later. Points earned from finishing levels unlock a small roster of animal-themed characters, but the real appeal is getting the physics of each shot right.

Blumgi Ball FAQ

How do you play Blumgi Ball?
Click and drag back from the ball to aim, then release to sling it toward the hoop. Press Spacebar to teleport to wherever the ball currently is, letting you take a second shot mid-flight before it lands.
What does the teleport ability do?
After you release a shot, pressing Spacebar warps your character to the ball's current position in the air, so you can redirect it or send it through another hoop instead of watching it fall.
Can I play Blumgi Ball on mobile?
Yes — the game supports touch controls, so you tap and drag to aim and release to shoot on phones and tablets.
Who made Blumgi Ball?
It was developed by Blumgi, a French studio also behind other Blumgi-branded browser games.
