Instructions:
1. Gather a group of players and divide into two teams.
2. Designate a playing field with end zones at opposite ends.
3. Flip a coin to determine which team starts with possession.
4. The team with possession lines up facing the opponent's end zone.
5. The quarterback throws the ball to a receiver, who attempts to catch it and advance it towards the end zone.
6. The other team tries to intercept the ball or tackle the receiver.
7. If the receiver reaches the end zone, they score a touchdown.
8. If the team with possession fails to advance the ball 10 yards in three downs (attempts), they turn over possession to the other team.
9. The game continues until time runs out or a team reaches a predetermined score.
