About Sling Kong

Sling Kong is a vibrant and fast-paced physics arcade game where your objective is to launch, bounce, and swing your character as high as possible. Take control of a cute animal character and use a slingshot mechanic to pull back, aim, and shoot yourself from one anchor peg to the next. The climb is simple at first, but it quickly transforms into a dangerous obstacle course filled with deadly traps.

As you ascend, you will face rotating buzzsaws, crushing stone blocks, and flame-throwing flowers that threaten to end your run. Many pegs are also unstable, shaking and disappearing if you hold onto them for too long, which forces you to think fast and move even faster. Along the way, you can collect gold coins that can be spent at the lucky prize claw machine to unlock dozens of new, charming characters to join your climbing roster.

Controls

  • Mouse / Touch: Click and drag (or tap and slide) on the character to pull back and aim. Release to launch the character in the opposite direction.

Tips

  • Keep Moving: Do not linger too long on pegs, especially red ones, as they will quickly crumble and drop you to your doom.
  • Bounce Off Walls: You can ricochet off the sides of the screen to reach pegs that are otherwise blocked or positioned at awkward angles.
  • Time the Traps: Watch the rhythm of moving hazards like crushing walls and saw blades, launching yourself only when a safe gap opens up.
