Stacktris is a physics-based puzzle game that combines the familiar block shapes of Tetris with tower-building dynamics. Instead of clearing lines, your objective is to stack spinning tetrominoes on a platform to build the tallest tower possible. The challenge lies in balancing the blocks, as real-world physics are applied to the pile, making it wobble and slide if not balanced correctly.

As the tower grows higher, the blocks begin to rotate faster, and the platform gets narrower, demanding precise timing and steady placement. Success is measured by how high you can stack your tower before the blocks slip off the platform and the structure topples over.

Controls

The controls are simple and intuitive, focusing on timing and position:

• Click/Tap and Hold: Press and hold the left mouse button (or tap and hold on touchscreens) to stop the tetromino block from spinning.
• Move: Move the mouse left or right (or drag your finger) to reposition the block horizontally over the platform.
• Release: Let go of the button or lift your finger to drop the block onto the stack below.

Tips for Success

• Center Your Gravity: Always aim to drop new blocks as close to the center of your existing tower as possible to prevent it from leaning to one side.
• Manage the Spin: Don't panic when the blocks start spinning fast. Hold the click to freeze the block's rotation, then line up your shot carefully before releasing.
• Use Upgrades Wisely: Spend coins earned during your runs on upgrades like Slow Spin, High Friction, and Low Bounce to give yourself more control over difficult blocks.
