Word Chains Game

Word Chains is a category puzzle: the board is scattered with word cards, and your job is to link the ones that belong together — animals with animals, foods with foods — into an unbroken chain. The catch is the board itself: chains can't cross over each , so grouping the easy pairs first can wall off a harder word you need later.

Each puzzle is really a small routing problem disguised as a word game. You're not just matching categories, you're figuring out an order and a path that lets every card find its group without boxing anything in. It plays in short bursts — a level rarely takes more than a couple of minutes, which makes it easy to clear a handful in a row.

Controls

• Click or tap a card — select it to group or move it

Tips

• Scan the whole board before touching anything — spotting which words are boxed into a corner tells you which chain has to go first.
• Clear the most cramped, dead-end-looking group early, before you build chains around it and lock yourself out.
